The Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve is a 28-acre park that was opened in 1995. Intended for the preservation of natural spaces in the South Peachtree Creek watershed, the preserve is home to various wildlife and plants, such as red foxes, moles, beavers, salamanders, frogs, rabbits, and birds, among others. The preserve is open daily from dawn to dusk and is available for special events and programs.
