Established in 1949, The Frazer Center is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of services to infants, preschoolers and adults with physical and developmental disabilities, such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Down syndrome, sickle cell anemia, autism spectrum disorders and other genetic anomalies. It has a staff of more than 80 employees. The center administers an adult program that provides education, work training, and recreational opportunities to people more than 18 years of age. Its program focuses on the development of vocational, life and computer skills. The Frazer Center also operates a children s program that includes music, sign language and creative movement activities.
