Privately owned and operated since 1970, Candy Cane City Learning Center offers preschool for children under 4, an after-school program for children 5 -12, a summer camp and even seminars to help parents better understand their children. The preschool's morning portion is free of cost. This preschool is well-shaded, and it has plenty of monitored outdoor play space.
