Kathleen calling a full 11 minutes in advance of the call instructing me to call back. I guess I missed out because I wasn't early?

Calling Kathleen back even though the appointment is at 12 noon.

I received a ridiculous amount of reminders for the call. This is just the day of and doesn't include the text messages I received!!
