Black Owl Tattoo and Art Gallery was established by Roger Parrilla and Charity Hamidullah in 2014 when they decided they want to expand their tattoo knowledge. Both had an endless love for their craft and wanted to create a hub for all creatives and those who love the arts. For them, Black Owl Tattoos was going to be more than a tattoo shop. They wanted to use this as a staple to unite the community. Whether through art shows, mural paintings, tattooing or food drives; it is their goal to help promote growth in their surroundings as well as express their knowledge and love for the arts.
