The condition of the kitchen cabinets as found upon move-in

Dirty Buildings_ hasn't been cleaned in over 4 years (cobwebs, leaves, dirt, etc.). Outside windows are nasty as well.

3 days after move in: Kitchen sink leaks and causes $75 in personal property damage.
