Gwinnett Online Campus is an educational institution that offers online supplemental courses for middle and high school students, as well as full-time charter school education for students in grades 6-12. Grades 4-5 will be added in 2013-2014. Full-time students can log onto their designated courses at any time Mondays through Fridays; the workload is the same as a traditional educational institution, but the online environment allows students to learn on a more flexible schedule. Guided study is available to high school students, allowing them to retake any course failed with between 60-69 percent; new grades are averaged into the student's GPA, and counselor approval is required for a student to participate in online guided study.
