Our monitoring system includes 24-hour support for fire, medical assistance, intrusion, and panic alarms. If your system’s alarm is activated, our central station will respond promptly by calling the premises or your cell phone to verify an actual alarm. If the alarm was set in error, you can provide a pass code, and the process will conclude. However, if an emergency is present, the proper authorities will be immediately dispatched.
