Ms. Dianne was great. I am afraid of needles but she was very gentle while getting blood on her first stick. By the time I realized she had stuck me she was done. Great experience!

Worst blood draw experience. She poked me twice trying to hit vein then dug the needle all around. Hours later my arm is sore as shit.
