Founded in 1989, RayPaul Coating is one of the largest powder coating firms in the Southeast. The company s facility has two custom powder coating systems. System one accommodates parts up to 120 inches-by-70 inches-by-32 inches, incorporates a five-stage pretreatment plus a final R/O rinse. System two is capable of producing up to 60,000 parts per shift utilizing Nordson automation application equipment and reciprocating gun movers. Both systems operate on a 24-hour per day schedule. RayPaul Coating is equipped with a wide range of machinery, including pretreatment washers with reverse osmosis rinses, washers equipped with automatic chemical feeds and pH control systems and conveyers that run at speeds up to 21 feet-per-minute and handle up to 75 pounds per hook. RayPaul Coating has its production and operations facilities in Marietta, Ga.
