New restaurant concept created by Chris Sedgwick (Sedgwick Restaurant Group, Pure Taqueria, Made Kitchen and Cocktails, The Union) and partner Mix McCrory (Chef and Restaurateur) will feature a menu of modern-comfort food focused on a fresh, locally sourced approach to southern regional cuisine. The owners coined the phrase 'backyard garden-to-table', referring to 7 Acre's Backyard Garden , with plans to be located on the 7 acres of property, that will grow many of the ingredients highlighted in the dishes served. Diners can enjoy a bounty of veggie-centric selections for lunch or dinner, as well as a find a nice choice of burgers, fried chicken and a juicy steak on this widely varied, casual and crave-worthy menu. The 14 taps behind the bar features a host of local brews, as well as a couple of draught wines, to go with an ample selection of whiskeys and other spirits, and a thoughtfully selected wine list that will evolve throughout the seasons.
