Dean Kleinrath & I opened our door October 17th, 1993, we opened our doors to a very excited clientele, who were looking for a fantastic spa, coupled with world class customer service...so many companies out-source their service and installation...we did then and continue to handle every thing in-house, only our full time staff will be bringing out your spa and setting it up. Only our staff will be answering our local phone calls, no 1-800 faceless operator from who knows where! Our highly trained service staff are the only ones who will be coming to your Home.
