The Sarasota Family YMCA has the resources for activities for all ages. Programs for adults include fitness orientations, social outings and sports activities like basketball, racquetball, football, kick ball, tennis, swimming and soccer. Programs for children and teens include gymnastics, soccer, football, basketball, cheerleading, martial arts, T-ball, swimming, tennis and dance.
Also offering therapeutic classes on land and in the water to help with a variety of physical conditions. Group Exercise classes range from low-impact tai chi and yoga to intense cardio spinning and aerobics.
