This Westchase Fitness Boot Camp for women has been established since 2017. The owner, Samantha Taylor has over 26 years experience in the personal training industry and has trained over 7,000 clients through her fitness business and she has 5 locations. This location is women only and we do 30 minute, kick butt workouts!

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time.
