Dirty roach , fleas and rat infested apartment. Homeless sleep in the property even in the laundry room where you can't even do your laundry and feel safe doing it. The more mold in the walls....

This place has a very bad mold problem. All of the buildings are infested with mold and cockroaches. On top of that you have to deal with homeless people taking dumps in the laundry room.
