Jose Maria Vargas University was established in the year of 2003. It was opened with the mission of creating bilingual professional for the world. Bilingual is defined as reading, writing, and speaking perfectly in both English and Spanish. The student native to the English language begging their program with more English classes and one Spanish class. As they progress through their program the number of Spanish classes increases, consequently the student is able to master the language by graduation. For native Spanish speakers is the same systems they start out with more Spanish classes and one English class. As the student continues to progress in the program the English classes increase, consequently by the end of the program the Spanish student would master the English language. Students that are not native English or Spanish speakers are always welcome at JMVU and will also be able to master both languages.
