This truck was undergoing an engine, transmission, and body work. It was out there for 4 months.

Again, more stuff out in the open, a giant storage building, but no room to store the ladders? WTF?

More loose trash around the parking area. Left by maintenance workers.

Moving vans, service vehicles allowed to drive across lawn. Vehicles tear up lawn, mud gets on sidewalk, tracked into apartments.
