I wouldn't even call this a post office. Nobody is there to help you. Can't ship anything or have them print labels for you. Completely pointless. Just a bunch of P.O. Boxes

I would put negative stars. I made an appointment for a passport and the clerk wasn't there. I was told the clerk is never there, and they just keep making appointments. Never go here for a passport!
