Our business has been under the same ownership since 2001. We believe in stability, consistency of purpose, and in the old practice of managing by walking around to ensure that our standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer friendliness are consistently met all the time. In these times of fast, precooked, microwave-ready food, we take pride in the fact that most of the ingredients of our dishes (dough, salad dressings, sauces, bread, desserts, etc..) are still made on the premises, from scratch, in the artisan, old fashioned way that we associate with homemade, great tasting food.
