Established in 1968 as a general contracting machine shop, Universal Labeling Systems, then called Park Products, built its first labeling machine in 1972. After building labeling machines under the name of another manufacturer, the Universal line came into its own in 1984. With its own design, fabrication and assembly facilities, the company has become one of the most complete manufacturers of pressure sensitive labeling equipment with more than 18,000 labeling machines produced and sold. The company provides a variety of labeling systems, including R310, R315, R320, R322, UPA Series, L15, L30, L60, CP Series, SL1000, SL2000, a variety of hot stamp imprinters, feed and accumulating tables and stands. Universal Labeling Systems is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla.
