Executive Chef Shaun Tuckwell, is a graduate of Westminster Kingsway in London. While studying there, he simultaneously apprenticed at the prestigious Savoy Hotel. Upon completing his education, Shaun was invited to work at the acclaimed Hotel Nikko in Australia and later in Tokyo. In 1992, Shaun moved to the United States and was appointed as Banquet Chef to the Mayflflower Hotel in Washington, DC. Shaun's experiences have afforded him the opportunity to travel and work for the reknown Renaissance Hotels in Rio de Janeiro, The Hard Rock Theme Park, CBS Sports and on location for Paramount, MGM and DreamWorks. At the height of his career, Shaun combined his culinary diversity with that of another talented Chef, his wife, Erin-Lynne. And Tuckwell International Catering was born.
