Jardon and Howard Technologies (JHT) was established in 1990 as a Hispanic-owned, small disadvantaged business. JHT began operations by providing government clients with interactive courseware and computer-based training. Since then, JHT has added offices in Pensacola, Fla., Kennedy Space Center, Fla., and California, Md.
