History
It's very simple. Typical big gyms give you a membership and expect you to know how to get in shape on your own. I believe if you're new to exercise you need a guided, structured plan. I created TLF ladies bootcamp to give people the best chance at success while offering the best value and getting people results by providing the best workouts, a nutrition guide to follow and accountability.

We specialize in creating an environment that keeps the body working and active while our participants have fun. We specialize in appreciating our members, making sure that they are happy and motivated to come to class every day. We take your goals seriously with our fitness assessments. Whether your goal is to lower your blood pressure or body fat, we track your progress and make sure you reach YOUR goals. To be perfectly honest, our specialty is you! We don't just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don't focus on just weights, we know you don't want to get bulky, so we marry the two into a 60% Cardio 40% Strength split. This allows us to help you lose body fat AND tone up. The workout structure changes every day from circuit training, to crossfit style training, to tabata, to obstacle training. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also when it comes to boot camp: You don't have to be a superstar everyday. You can go at your own pace and continually improve with our program.
