Leah Dearman has been in the physical therapy industry for 31 years serving in various roles in patient care and leadership. She has served as a director and manger of out-patient care and acute care, always focusing on keeping a patient care load no matter the setting. Three years ago, Leah opened Tower Aquatics and Sports Physical Therapy for land based orthopedics, general medicine, as well as aquatic physical therapy. She designed the 14x15 indoor pool with aquatic treadmill and dual current system to offer a variety of options to fully address the special needs of aquatic therapy patients from non or limited weight bearing, spinal stenosis/chronic LBP, joint pain/arthritis, and a multitude of other orthopedic patient diagnoses. It is the only year round Aquatic Therapy resource in a 20 mile radius of Clermont.
