The Nest Eatery's executive chef, Simeon Morris, brings more than 16 years of culinary experience to his role at the Osprey Point Golf Course. Specializing in traditional British cuisine, Simeon discovered his love for cooking at a young age. While his mother worked overnight shifts as a nurse, he provided meals for his family. Simeon's culinary adventure further evolved as he worked in various restaurants in London and South Florida. In London, he was the Chef de Partie for the Palm Beach Casino and Supervisor for employee dining at London's headquarters of BNP Paribas Bank. After moving to South Florida, Simeon worked at the Marriott Harbor Beach & Fort Lauderdale, and as the Sous Chef in the VIP Lounge of the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood before joining the BG Signature Team and the Nest Eatery.
