History
The Heitman House is a truly timeless, historic landmark, built in 1908 by Gilmer Heitman as an engagement gift for his bride. The Heitman House is located on the banks the tranquil Caloosahatchee River, with a 200 foot walkway leading to an arch, just before the breathtaking view of the river. The recently expanded, luxurious bridal suite features an abundance of space for the bridal party to prepare in, as well as a large, sunken bathtub and plenty of room for photographs. Our beautifully manicured grounds, wrap-around porch and pier with gazebo offer endless possibilities for weddings and special events of all varieties. -Alexandra Drouhard
