On the fence on the 4. They are better then a 3, ideally would give them a 3.5. Dumplings were homemade which is great. They were a little dry i the middle so the sauce was needed very fresh....

I ate here twice after being told I had a 45 minute wait at 5 PM for the seafood place two doors down. Smart choice - no wait, excellent food, charming service. I had the snapper.
