History

In 1995, the Palma Ceia Porcelain & Art Pottery hobby turned business venture was formed by retired physician, Dr. Frank Vasey and wife Paulette Vasey as a venture for their lovely daughter Rebecca Vasey with cerebral palsy so that she might too participate in America's entrepreneurial spirit.
