With a career in education that included being a teacher and school administrator, Steve wanted to utilize his education skills in a different arena: educating adults on physical fitness, health, and nutrition. Since 2014, Workout Catalyst Fitness Training has been helping people in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Venice reach their personal fitness and nutrition goals.SpecialtiesAs a catalyst for your body's transformation, I provide the tools and knowledge that enable you to reach your health goals. I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from the expertise of a fitness specialist, where I provide a client-centered approach. My personal training sessions are held at Crunch Fitness in Sarasota alongside working directly with clients in their home. From the very first session, your fitness program will be catered to your goals. For example, if weight loss is your goal, your plan will fire up all of the muscles needed to build a foundation of strength and endurance. You'll then progress to higher intensity exercises to increase your heart rate and initiate the fat burning process. You will also learn how to modify your routines to help you reach new goals as well as a realistic nutrition plan. This is so you gain the confidence and knowledge to take control of your body transformation process.
