Take your practice to the next level, enhancing core strength and balance, while taking in the beauty of nature around you. Classes are about 2 hours total including paddle time and about 50-60 minutes of asana (yoga postures) practice. Safe and challenging for beginners to advanced yogis and no paddleboard experience necessary. Private classes and customized trips available upon request.
