After practicing sports medicine with professional athletes from all over the world and NCAA Division 1 athletes across the United States, Sweat Equity has taken a unique approach to training the active individual. Combing both sports medicine and strength & condition, you receive an individualized personal training program including: massage therapy/manual therapy, biomechanics training, movement patterns, treatment/rehabilitation of injury/pain.
