We offer a limited vinyasa flow class to our members once a week! Just a little something extra to balance their wellness routines.

We are a functional fitness gym in the form of strength training. We have six Rouge racks in this room so will always have your own space!

This is our group training room! When creating this space we wanted the space for all our members to feel comfortable during class.
