Handed Leery $3 to give me quarters to operate the car wash but instead he completely soaped down and washed my car!

I have used Stars and Stripes Car Wash for several years. I prefer to wash my pick up truck rather then use automatic car wash. I also prefer to go during non-peek hours which allows me more time.
