The American Legion provides a number of services and benefits to the men and women who have actively served in the U.S. Military during times of conflict and provides a community for veterans of all ages. Benefits include health-care services and discounts on products and services from various businesses and organizations. The American Legion partakes in various public events as well, including parades, memorials and dedications, and also hosts numerous functions, events and programs for members and the general public. Veterans' family members are invited to join the American Legion Auxiliary.
