The first floor areas can accommodate a site total of up to 400 attendees depending on the way the spaces are utilized. If you are in need of meeting, classroom or office space The 5th Avenue event center also offers eight (8) 2nd Floor spaces which will accommodate from 5 to 25 people. Our 2nd floor spaces are available for hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rentals.
