Spruce Creek Recreational Facility is a 40-acre community park that makes a fun outing for all ages. It includes lighted softball fields and tennis courts, a full basketball court, covered picnic pavilions, a boardwalk, picnic tables and BBQ grills, a dog park and local favorite, the All Children's Playground. This nautical-themed playground reflects the history of Port Orange as a river town. Visitors will also find an accessible swing and activities for children of all abilities. Synthetic turf protects children in playground areas and splash pad.

If you seeking respite from the sun, wander to the other side of the playground (beyond the swings). Few people do. You will find shaded concrete benches in garden style surroundings as well as a semi-private picnic area. Restrooms and water fountains are provided.
