South Beach Seafood Festival started as a 1 day, 1 block festival in 2012 which was attended by 6,500 people to celebrate the kick off to stone crab season in Miami Beach with high end restaurant partners in South Florida. In just 5 years, the festival has grown to a 5 day event week with speciality seafood dinners throughout the week, leading up to Friday's ultimate VIP Chef Showdown on 12th & Ocean Drive in Lummus Park, and Saturday's South Beach Seafood Festival, now 5 blocks starting at 14th & Ocean Drive in Miami Beach with over 10,000 attendees and a whole lot of fun featuring luxurious dining on the sands of SoBe for one day only.
