HistoryI started my career as a fresh young University of Maryland graduate with a degree in finance and accounting. I entered public accounting and soon after became a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland. Ten years in the business taught me the value of attention to details. My accounting work brought me in contact with the construction industry. I found that I really enjoyed the building business. In 1982, I formed Kenneth Allen Communities and began a building career in the Washington DC area. By 1990 we were building over 100 homes per year. In 1994 I moved my business interests to real estate brokerage and in 1996 I joined the RE/MAX organization. I have been in Florida since 2002 and thoroughly enjoy working with beach, golf and waterfront properties as well as helping folks buy and sell in the Florida sunshine.
