Schwartz, Gold, Cohen, Zakarin & Kotler, P.A was founded in 1984 by Allan H. Schwartz, Paula S. Gold and Edward B. Cohen. The original partners created the firm to accommodate a general practice with emphasis in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation, civil litigation including family law, significant personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, foreclosure, business transactions, debtor/creditor rights, probate and estate planning. The firm practices in both the state and federal civil trial and appellate courts, and has decidedly maintained it's size in an effort to ensure the highest level of client interaction. In 1988, Ronald M. Zakarin became a partner in the firm, and in 1991 Michael I. Kotler became a partner. David C. Kotler became a partner in 2009 and Jamie Morris has been added as an associate of the firm. The firm continues to provide legal services in all areas of the law, and each attorney focuses in their particular area of expertise.
