Kobernick Anchin

Kobernick-Anchin, which is sponsored by the Sarasota Manatee Jewish Housing Council, is an assisted living facility on the west side of Honore Avenue North. Its one- and two-bedroom apartments have four different levels with elevators to each floor. This is a beautiful campus, with mature oak trees and a well-manicured landscape. There are two buildings: The Kobernick House, which has 191 apartments, and the Anchin Building, with 100 apartments for women and men requiring more assistance with daily living activities and chores.
