Although predictably quiet, the place teems with employees who walk about assisting their charges as well as each other. The elderly residents walk freely about, confident in the knowledge that they can have any assistance they need, when they need it. And as soon as you pull into the lot, you can see that help is in abundance at this facility, but that residents are still given as much leisure and freedom as they want. Some employees stand aside until needed, always keeping a watchful eye out for someone in need, while others walk around to check on everyone to make sure that they are okay. The place is set in a quiet location, so that noise from traffic or the city is not an issue.
