Hunters Run is a gated residential community located close to lots of shopping, restaurants and activities in the Carrollwood/Citrus Park community, managed by Concord Management Ltd. On-site community amenities include a fitness center, business center, volleyball court, free WiFi, playground/play area, pool, car wash, and a no fee after school children’s program. Apartment amenities include: ceiling fans, spacious closets, frost-free refrigerators with ice makers, Berber carpet, and dishwashers in each unit. Pets are not permitted and various leasing options are available. Units are available as follows: 1 BR/1 BA (816 square feet); 2 BR/2 BA (1,081 s/f); 3 BR/2 BA (1,091 s/f); and 4 BR/3 BA (1,455 s/f). All require a $300 security deposit.
