Jerry and Karen Angle purchase a Balloon Store in 1989. Flowers came next, followed by The Flamingo Attacks.

Rumours has been Delivering Happiness since 1989. Our Balloon and Flowers deliveries start at $25. Karen designs arrangements with your desires in mind. She doesn't believe in 'cookie cutter' arrangements, but can copy any picture you want. Flamingo Attacks create lasting memories.
