As a criminal attorney Mr. Baum has had extensive trial experience and earned 5 consecutive Hat Trick Awards from the BACDL (each separate award represented 3 consecutive felony jury trials, 15 total, with the Defendant being found not guilty on all counts in each case). In 1990 Ronald Baum was appointed as a Traffic Magistrate for Broward County and was soon thereafter elevated to Administrative Magistrate. He retained that position until he resigned in 1998. In 2000, Ronald Baum returned to his passion of training in mixed martial arts (muay thai, kenpo, kickboxing, and karate). He subsequently was awarded his black belt in April 2005 and continues to train on a regular basis. Mr. Baum has been chosen by Legal Leaders as one of
