History
River Oaks Landing is a Local Landmark in Nobleton, Florida. Built in the early 1900's it was, for many years, the General Store/Post Office. It is on the Withlacoochee River and boasts the forest as its backyard. Rescued and renovated by its owners, Dave and Patti Charnecki, it is a unique and charming shop that combines the old with the new, the useful & unusual and, the beautiful. Serving Working Cow Ice Cream, (St. Petersburg) since its inception, quests are invited to enjoy their ice cream on the dock or along the River bank. Truly a little bit of old fashion Florida.
