River City Smokehouse first fired up our smokers in 2019 and we have been stoked ever since! Our succulent meats are slow-smoked with a combination of hickory, cherry and pecan woods mellowed to the peak of flavor. Our Smokehouse was born out of a desire to preserve the heart and soul of Texas-style barbecue and bring it to Tampa Bay. That desire will quickly take our produce from backyard cookout to national acclaim. Our promise is to deliver Flavor Beyond Belief!
