The Redlands Christian Migrant Association, also known as RCMA, is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of child care services. Founded in 1965, it provides early education services for the children of migrant farmworkers and low-income families throughout Florida. The organization serves more than 8,000 children through over 75 centers. The Redlands Christian Migrant Association offers educational opportunities and works to improve the health and general welfare of children and their families. It also increases public awareness on the lifestyle of migrant and seasonal farmworkers. The organization is funded by various public and private sources, including community foundations, religious institutions, businesses and individuals. It operates several charter schools that provide early childhood and pre-kindergarten programs for nearly 350 students. The Redlands Christian Migrant Association conducts the Head Start program. In addition, it sponsors the Florida Family Development Credential.
