Our program offers a fun, warm environment and a play-based curriculum. Our mission is to tap into the imaginations of the children while promoting growth through social skills and aiding in physical advancements through an array of games and activities. Learning Ladder Child Development Center seeks to make a positive difference in the lives of working families by providing inclusive, accessible, community based, quality child care and early childhood education. The children who are in our care will work toward: independence, developing effective communication skills, problem solving, creativity, cooperation, positive attitudes toward learning, good health practices, becoming good citizens, showing respect for others and an overall appreciation of life.
