When asked how do people replace their lights when the ceiling is this high, Anthony offered to do it "as a favor". Never happened.

Another corner that, when the house was built, they didn't put the drywall in evenly. Quality guys fixed this too.

These lights -- 16 feet high -- were not replaced. Yes. It is in the fine print that they do not replace lights, but how about a heads up?

Out addition is perfect. Exactly what we wanted.

This corner was so uneven and streaked. Quality fixed it, and it looks amazing !
