HistoryIn 2006, Owner Rodney Burton decided to use his 20 years of knowledge of health and fitness in order to help others live a healthier lifestyle. This included guidance on the amount and type of foods to eat and monitoring how clients performed when using workout equipment at the gym. Many thought they were already eating clean and using the equipment correctly until coming to Results and meeting Rodney. We started off meeting clients in our home for meal plan advise and at local gyms to teach them correct form, technique, and how long they needed to be in the gym. One year later we opened our own facility in order to meet clients face to face with both their Weight Loss and Personal Training needs. In our Personal Training Studio we have similar equipment that is seen at most gyms.
